How do I place my order?

Up to 4 samples can be ordered with a value up to $3.00 each. Call us to order samples

If I don't see a product on your website, can you still get it for us?
Our customer service specialists have access to thousands of promotional products. We can even develop an import program for large quantities or start up your company store!

Once I place my order, how can I check the status and delivery date?
While we publish the production time on each product page, there is the chance that a factory can be at above capacity, or problems can occure with art or an item may be back-ordered. Call us at 800-793-7184 or email us at customerservice@promosontime.com

Can I order blank items (no imprint)?
We do have a wide choice of stock items for various occasions, but if you are interested in blank items - you can order them at the prices listed, but with no setup charge applied.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Every item has a production/drop time listed. Shipping times vary, but express delivery is available..

Is rush service available?Promos On-Time is proud to have one of the largest selections of 3, 2 and 1 day rush production service - and usually at no extra charge! See our rush service section for more information.

Most web sites have high minimums. I don't need so many items!,br>See our low minimum section. You won't find anyone else offering low price promotional products with quantities as low as 25 pieces!

What methods do you use to imprint my logo or message?
Most of our items our either screen printed or pad printed. Many items such as bags and apparel are available with full color embroidery as well. See each product page for imprinting information.

How do I submit my logo or artwork?
Our art department can set type in any style you choose. We can also clean up and improve low resolution logos and artwork.Send your artwork and any special instructions to art@promosontime.com.

Do you send out proofs of my imprint?
We use our discression on proofs unless you request one. In order to keep up our fast production time, we try not to send a proof unless there is a question. There is no charge for a digital proof of your imprint. Production proofs are available on many of out items as well - call us for more informaiton.

Can you match my organization's colors?
See individual product information. Many items can have custom or PMS match colors for the imprint. There may be an additional charge for PMS color matching. Call for additional information.

How do I figure out my shjpping costs
You can see the actual shipping cost when you are ordering online (before you finalize your transaction). We always tell your shipping charge and any other costs whenever you order by phone also.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards and checks. (cards are not charged until items ship) Prepayment is required on first orders, but credit can be established by calling us at 800-793-7184 or submitting a formal purchase order by fax (516-629-6012).

Is ordering online safe?
Yes, our site uses a thawte SSL123 Certificate to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site.

Do you guaranty the quality of your products?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there is a problem with your order that is our fault, we will rerun it or refund your money if you decide to return your items.
